The long-awaited blockbuster movie of the year 2013....

Synopsis:

Marvels "Thor: The Dark World" continues the big-screen adventures of Thor, the Mighty Avenger, as he battles to save Earth and all the Nine Realms from a shadowy enemy that predates the universe itself. In the aftermath of Marvels "Thor" and "Marvels The Avengers," Thor fights to restore order across the cosmos...but an ancient race led by the vengeful Malekith returns to plunge the universe back into darkness. The cliffhanger of Marvel's Thor causes that "neither here nor there" feeling, due to the obscure ending which makes me look forward for the sequel of the story.

Yes, Thor the dark world is finally here to resolve all doubts from their avid viewers. (I'm one of them!)

- That memorable moment of Thor & Jane Foster reunion 

- How Loki manages to assist Thor

- What will be the fate of the Asgardians

Last but not least, what will be the ending for Jane Foster's destiny. I'm interested to know if she'll be back as a mortal or Asgardian. 

It's an awesome feeling when Thor fulfilled his promise made to Jane, as well as seeking help from his step brother.

... Exactly.

Faced with an enemy that even Odin and Asgard cannot withstand, Thor must embark on a journey that will reunite him with Jane Foster but force him to sacrifice everything to save us all. Oh my, the more I google on this movie, the more I can't wait for October 31st to arrive. 

According to Wikipedia & other informative online portals, Jane will be assisting Thor due to her unknown power. So after all the war & fights... will she stay with Thor or be sent back to the Earth?

“If you had Thor’s Mjölner for a day, what would you do with it?”

Mjölner itself has several enchantments: 

- No living being may lift the hammer unless they are worthy; 

- It returns to the exact spot from which it is thrown and returns to Thor when summoned; 

- It may summon the elements of storm (lightning, wind, and rain)

- Manipulate the weather on an almost global scale; 

- Open interdimensional portals, allowing its wielder to travel to other dimensions (such as from Earth to Asgard) 

- Transform Thor into the guise of a mortal, the physician Donald Blake, by stamping the hammer's head on the ground once. When Thor transforms into Blake, his hammer takes the appearance of a wooden walking stick. When disguised, the hammer's enchantments limiting those who may lift it are not in effect. The hammer itself has also shown to be unaffected by external enchantments

Obviously the last point is irrelevant because I'm not Thor. In actual fact, I can't do anything with his hammer because I'm not WORTHY to lift it up. However, if I visualise for this day to arrive (ignoring the fact that I can't lift it), the first thought that comes to my mind is: 

SUMMON THOR!!!!!!!

... Then I will spam pictures of the handsome guy, his Mjölner with the lightning effect as background (not forgetting myself)! 

I will ask Thor for any tips /and tricks of handling the Mjölner efficiently aftermath. K, enough of my nonsense.

My favourite restaurant whenever I'm on budget!

Saizeriya's patronage has always been popular for cheap foods (if you want to be served in an air-conditioned place). 

Last Saturday 15th June, had half day of work (spent my 3hours playing FunRun) and JY fetched me after that *shy* Feeling #likeaboss whenever my boyfriend fetches me. We kickstart our saturdate by having lunch @ City Square Mall's Saizeriya! Shall let the pictures talk!

Chicken wings & Butter Corn served as our appetizer! Priced at $3.95 & $2.95 respectively.

Best-seller spaghetti @ $5.90

Priced at $6.90! I love the sauce, it goes well with butter corn!

The best is always saved for the last. My choice of selection @ $7.90!

All of the prices stated above are NETT. No gst, no service charge or you can say these charges are hidden cost. If you're water/soft drink glutton, do opt for their Drink Bar, 1 adult = S$2.80. If you're a water glutton like me (prefers PLAIN WATER ONLY) for health conscious, you don't need to opt for the drink bar. Why? Because plain water is considered FREE FOR ALL. wooooooooooo! 

P.S. I love to sit near the drink station :P

Presented our FREE GV TICKET (Yay to us because we are really smart in getting free stuff, sounds auntie but I am proud of it) & watched MAN OF STEEL. The movie is 143 minutes long so better prepare some food/drink before the movie starts. Oh, plus visiting the toilet because I was having a mental breakdown with my bladder during the FINAL battle T.T 

I cried @ the part where Clark's non-biological father died to protect his son's true identity...

Dinner was quite disorganised on that day because we were too full from lunch and popcorn. DIE ME DIE. That day was totally my gain-fats day.

FYI, Tsukiji Gindaco is located at B4, just beside Kim Gary Restaurant. Remember that famous octopus ball sold @ Ion's foodplace? Yes, it IS that restaurant. 

Last friday, I had my lunch with my colleagues @ the same place.

I had original yakisoba ($5.40) + potato croquette ($1.20/piece).

If you wish to try this dish but with 2 potato croquette, you can consider their Croquette Yakisoba meal instead (priced at $7.80). Drinks wise, I encourage you to purchase your drink elsewhere because their drinks are quite... overpriced IMO. Oh, they dont really care if you have outside drink, their sign just wrote "No outside FOOD". :P

That's all for now, currently I have no more outstanding post! Hope the previous post (freebies) are beneficial to all. Am looking forward to this coming Saturday because it's ADVENTURE COVE TIME (Y). I know it'll definitely be fun when i'm going with crazy colleagues of mine.

I will be stationed at an industrial building next week, which means this is my last week working at my intern company HQ. 2 of the Senior HR executive are good colleagues of mine, they are generous enough to treat me for lunch yesterday and today! I had Pad Thai today but I forgot to *snap here & there* :( I'm beginning to love Pad Thai more! Yummy, as i'm typing this, I'm craving for it like nao.

Yesterday: Iron man 3 @ Cineleisure Orchard with Jy. What happened is that few weeks ago, Jy randomly posted this on my facebook wall. (The cheapskate Mandy) I was thinking "since it is free-of-charge, why not?" 

On Monday, InSing informed me about the winners and Wooo! I was one of the lucky 50 people! I think I have pretty good luck for such online lucky draw, but when it comes to Singapore Pools... I never won. :(

I had a fantastic dessert & it cost me $5 ONLY! I have a love-hate relationship with EwF because they have nutella everywhere! For milkshakes, nutella tart, lava cake etc! Nutella is the bomb! People who doesnt like nutella have a wrong tastebud. HAHA.

Oh I was damn lethargic after work & got so upset with every picture I took with Jy due to my not-so-bubbly + tired face. Only this picture above is merely a "PASS". Well, I shall not talk much about the movie because I feel that movie critic is not my forte. I always rate movie as "NICE" "NOT NICE" but cant give proper explanation/improvements. So yeah Iron Man 3 is NICE, worth to even spend $10.50! Be prepared to glue your eyes onto the screen for the final battle on the Ship! *No spoiler here*

So high tech liao! Everybody and everything is upgrading. Sometimes I feel kinda... lost in this generation. Just like I don't wish to move my spot, but everybody's moving and pushing me to get out of my comfort zone, so I moved reluctantly, or should I say I just spend my life reluctantly? Gosh, what am I saying.
