Tonkotsu King Four Seasons

(Late Post)

Last Sunday, I managed to drag JY along to Bugis area for dinner. Yes, we tried Tonkotsu King Four Seasons Ramen shop & we did not regret it!

This is the sister's shop of Keisuke Ramen Restaurant located at Millenia Walk, so if you happen to own that Free Egg card from there, you can use it right here at Bugis as well!

Details:
158 Rochor Road Bugis Village
Singapore 188433
Opening hours 11.30am-2.30pm; 5pm-10.30pm (Mon-fri)

This considerate Restaurant actually have this Ice barley Tea trolley placed right beside the queue area, for the convenience of the customers when they have to wait for seats. How nice!

The interior design of the Restaurant
Well-decorated wall!

We got ushered to our seats the moment we entered & we were served with Ice water & Sesame!
Their menu consist of Four Seasons (as depicted from their restaurant name) + 1, which is the King selection.

FYI,
Spring: Basil & cheese
Summer: Spicy Pork Minced
Autumn: Pork Minced with Bonitos flavour & fried mixed Mushroom
Winter: Pork broth Ramen
King: Stir-fried pork with ginger on top

Both of us chose Winter (the selection that is similar to Millenia walk's branch) Ramen....
Yummy yummy Japanese Ramen (Pork base) that keeps me coming back for more!

Look at the runny Japanese egg! Woooo.

The design of the bowl is chosen according to your selection!

Oh, here's a picture of the table setting.
Free beansprouts available. (free-flow)

& yes, your eyes aren't toying with you. You saw a bowl of eggs placed right on the table!
FREE BOILED EGGS! Not enough for you? Get it from the servers!

This is really a cool FOC item because out of my xx years of life, this is my 1st time encountering such FREE ITEMEGGS. Calling out to all Egg-lovers! Or even guys who wish to mass build muscles! Visit this restaurant and eat as much egg whites as you can!

Remember I mentioned about getting Sesame from the server?
I dont know the actual name for this but I guess it should be Sesame Grinder.

How to use?!
Grind the sesame then pour it into your ramen. The Sesame will bring out the different flavour in the soup.

Grind Grind Grind!

After our scrumptious dinner, we headed over to House of Steamboat to find J, Tw & Xl for a short while before travelling back home! Simple yet fruitful Sunday spent!

Side track a bit, May is ending &... I already got my next location of my workplace. My company requires me to jump from site to site monthly. Kinda miss my current site because I get along with the PO & AAA very well. Oh no, other sites will be a brand new experience for me. I gotta start all over to make friends. Why. Sometimes I wonder, what am I living for. Why am I even here? There's no mission for me to complete.

Okay, shall throw away all the emotional side of me to Pacific Ocean. YAY TO LONG HOLIDAYS! Am really excited whenever a public holiday falls on a friday/sunday :)
