Hooray, no more overdue post after this! ^^
We had to catch our flight scheduled at 2.25pm so we can't really explore other parts of HK...
Decided to wake up extremely early for a hearty breakfast at Australia Dairy Co! Simply alight at Jordan MTR and look for Exit C2.
Walk straight then turn right (not facing the main road)
Here's a copy of the map in case you can't comprehend my explanation
This is it!
Warning: never-ending queue
There were about 20 people in front of me but fortunately, the queue moves at lighting speed thanks to the golden rule in HK - sharing of tables!
Apologies for the reflection 😅
Did some research on how to order fast at Australia Dairy and here goes:
*change the eggs to 炒蛋 (chǎo dà n),
or scrambled eggs or just order 炒蛋多士*
Yes, that is how I inform the waiter! They are well-known for scrambled eggs but they call it 炒蛋.
I always thought my own version of scrambled eggs are the best but I guess there is still room for improvement... I CANT EVEN FIGURE OUT HOW TO COOK THE EXACT EGGS like the one above.
The wait is always worth it.
JY's
The ham is mediocre but that's the same scrambled eggs as my order!
Order their milk tea alongside with their dessert. Sorry I don't remember the name of that egg pudding lol.
The consistency is similar to mango pudding but more on the watery side... Nope this is not mango.
Both of us are very satisfied with our breakfast! Time to shop for souvenirs...
We visited the outlet at Tsim Sha Tsui. Simply walk from Exit D1 as follows:

And it was almost time for us to check-out before taking the public transport back to HK international airport.
Thank God I managed to find such a good location near Yau Ma Tei. I've marked our hotel in square and the destination bus stop in circle. Less than 5 minutes walk. Oh, we even did our final shopping at On Lee Building, right beside the bus stop 😆
Took the same Airport Express Bus A21 all the way back to the airport and we paid 30 HKD using our Octopus card.
Thank you for the awful customer service received all around Hong Kong except for the Inn Hotel Hong Kong staff + security guards. I'll appreciate Singapore's customer service even more...
Next up, 2017 countdown party in Taiwan! I can't wait 😎
