"Eggs help you to lose weight"
Kns 9 out of 10 articles related to Beneficial of Eggs wrote that. Don't even know if this is true, I love eating anything with EGGS, it's like a must for me to ADD egg into my main course (if there's a choice).
As quoted from HERE, "a study carried out by the Rochester Center for Obesity Research found that eating eggs for breakfast helps limit your calorie intake all day, by more than 400 calories. That means you could lose three pounds or more per month"
According to HERE:
- 61% greater reduction in BMI
- 65% more weight loss
- 34% greater reduction in waist circumference
- 16% greater reduction in body fat
I see none of these x.x why is this happening. I believe you guys always spot EGGS as part of my breakfast/lunch as posted on instagram.
